These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“you” or “User”) and North Point Ministries and/or North Point Community Church (“we” or “NPM”) concerning the NPM website (the “Site”) and mobile application(s) (each, an “Application”). By using or accessing this Website and/or this Application, you agree to these Terms, as updated from time to time (provided only those Terms applicable at the time of your visit and/or use will govern). The Site and Application provide a varying range of services, which may require that you review and accept supplemental terms that apply to your use of the Website and the Application. You may not create an account using a false e-mail address or post User Material under a false account or a third party’s account without express permission, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any post or submission.

NPM reserves the right to remove or edit any User Material submitted to or posted to the Site or Application. However, NPM may not regularly review User Material posted to the Site or Application and is not responsible for content originating with a third party.
